Uraan is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (EIN 41-4378817), incorporated on February 18, 2026. Our 501(c)(3) federal tax-exemption application is currently pending with the IRS. Donations made to Uraan are not tax-deductible until our exemption is confirmed by the IRS. We will update this notice upon receipt of the IRS determination letter.
This Site is provided for informational purposes about Uraan's programs, mission, and activities. You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Donations to Uraan are voluntary contributions to support our nonprofit mission. Please review the following carefully before donating:

Donations are not tax-deductible until our exemption is confirmed. We will notify supporters once our determination letter is received.
Refund Policy: We understand that circumstances can change. If you have made a donation and wish to request a refund, please contact us at donate@uraan.org within 30 days of your contribution. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee refunds for donations already disbursed to program activities.
Use of Donations: All donations are used to directly support Uraan's programs and organizational operations in furtherance of our mission. Uraan does not distribute profits to individuals. Financial information will be reported annually and made available upon request.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as email clients or external resources). These links are provided for convenience only. Uraan does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

Uraan reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
